Athens’ public transportation system is operating on a modified schedule starting today, Good Friday, April 10. The changes will stay in place through Tuesday, April 14, due to the Easter holiday period.
The adjustments affect metro, tram, bus and trolley services, with specific timetable changes depending on each day.
Good Friday, April 10
On Good Friday, metro services will run with adjusted hours. The final trains will depart from Syntagma station at 12:20 a.m. in all directions.
Buses and trolleybuses are operating under a special timetable for the day.
Holy Saturday, April 11
Services will end earlier on Holy Saturday.
The last metro trains will depart from Syntagma station at 11 p.m. across all lines.

Metro Line 1 (Piraeus–Kifissia):
-Last trains depart from Piraeus and Kifissia at 10:20 p.m.
-From Monastiraki: 10:36 p.m. (toward Kifissia) and 10:54 p.m. (toward Piraeus)
-From Omonia: 10:39 p.m. (toward Kifissia) and 10:52 p.m. (toward Piraeus)
-From Attiki: 10:44 p.m. (toward Kifissia) and 10:47 p.m. (toward Piraeus)
Metro Lines 2 and 3:
-Last trains from Syntagma at 11 p.m. in all directions
-Anthoupoli to Elliniko: 10:43 p.m.
-Elliniko to Anthoupoli: 10:40 p.m.
